What do you think most people do when a web page takes too long to load? Why? How long is too long?
When a web page takes too long to load most people either go to another webpage or try to refresh the page. They do those stuff because it takes forever for it to load and nobody wants to wait for a webpage that loads slow. More then ten minutes is too long for a webpage to load.
