Why do you think that Netiquette is necessary for safe and secure online communication? What happens if someone breaks the Netiquette guidelines or social rules?
Because if you use netiquette people are going to treat you the same way.They going to think that you are not a treat to them so they not going to bother you.So someone breaks the netiquette rules then they are for a lot of trouble with their peers.
